1. Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged please email zuriihome@hotmail.com with photographic proof of damage + order confirmation within 5 days of arrival. 

2. Can I cancel my order?

It may not always be possible to make changes to an order once placed but if you've changed your mind or want to make an amendment simply email us at zuriihome@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry but we don't ship internationally just yet- however this will change in the near future.

4. What do I do if I haven't received my order?

Please contact zuriihome@hotmail.com if you have any issues with the receipt of your order.

5. How can I best look after my candle? 

Please refer to our candle care guide. 

6. Do you do wholesale? 

Yes, please email us at zuriihome@hotmail.com with details about your business and request and we will look into this.
